The next day we headed up to Torrey Pines to hike with Chris. The drive there was other-worldly! It was really fun too because my mom and dad loved the landscape, flowers and vegetation so much too and watching them marvel at the natural beauty surrounding this city reminded me so fondly of my childhood vacations.
Torrey Pines was such an incredible sight. Sights really. Beauty in every direction, with unusual landscape overlooking the Pacific… rocky, sandy, grassy and steep. Lots of good conversation and thousands of glorious steps. Many great candids too!
In conclusion, this really is one of those places where the glory of the god is on display!! WOW!! We loved it.
