Birch Aquarium

 On Sunday we met up with my cousin Chris and aunt Tina to tour the Birch Aquarium. It was a beautiful day. I always feel this way about Lizzie but since Chris lives on the West coast it happens less often: old friends are the best friends. It’s so easy to be around them, and even though we haven’t seen each other or talked for a few years, we pick up right where we left off, we don’t have to apologize for being out of touch, we just reconnect. It’s great seeing her and her beautiful daughter doing so well, we shared stories and compared middle schools. The exhibits were fun too.
