Nick’s Birthday!

Nick enjoyed a few weeks of birthday celebrations for turning 7 this year! The first part was also a delicious thanksgiving dinner at Grandma and Pops, too, which made it even more fun. Then, his actual birthday with cupcakes, deep-fried gator bites, and golf clubs from us. And finally, a birthday party with neighbors and classmates at a local ninja gym, Urban Playground, this past weekend.  

Nick does everything with intensity! He’s dramatic, intelligent and energetic. He loves legos, reptiles, chess, wrestling, monkey bars, music and you-tube.  Recently, his favorite shows are 72-most-dangerous animals or American Ninja warrior, and he likes all nature shows that involve tracking exotic animals.  Nick is happiest when he’s the center of attention. His sweet side comes out when he dotes on things he designates as cute, be that baby cousins, girls at recess, or brother Jacob. He’ll fiercely defend any of his brothers should anything threaten them. While he’s quick to anger, he also loves hard and you never wonder where you stand with Nicholas.
