What a great weekend. Busy, but great. Friday evening we dyed eggs just before Good Friday Service. Saturday morning we had a huge Easter Egg hunt with the neighbors and several friends. Saturday evening Mike and I celebrated our anniversary at Hershey Park and the Gas Station (a super cool local restaurant) while the Pfeiffer crew babysat (and cleaned up the house!!! muchas gracias for that extra gift!!). Then Sunday we headed to Zion in York to celebrate our risen Lord. We filled the pew and enjoyed ourselves. Then a little tiny bit of family time followed by a whole lot of big Pfeiffer family time where Sue hosted another egg hunt for the great grandkids. All in all, it was wonderful.
Prep for the hunt:
The rules: kids 5 and over start in the front yard, little kids start in the back.

Then we headed to Hershey, and the family had some fun at home:
Easter Morning:
It was really bright and sunny; sorry for the squinting! But, we were thankful for the beautiful sun! What a gorgeous Easter day.
Just passed the one year marriage mark!
It was Lukas' choice to wear the hat,
"it will make me handsomer"
Over at Aunt Sue's for the Easter feast. She had an egg hunt for the kids and they really enjoyed it!
Easter gifts.
Sue gave Grandpa a fun gift: a whole bunch of peeps and this hat.
What a cutie pie.
And then this was sitting out at Sue's house. Not Easter related, but, I just had to have an electronic version of it. I guess it's mid-80's. Not all the cousins are born yet. On the bottom row: Barb, Sue, Chris, Jeannette (holding their respective children, of course). On the top row: Jason, Bill, Grandpa, Grandma, Larry, Paul Jr.
