What a wonderful day!! All 5 of us loved every second. Here are the highlights:
High Five w Grandpa
Lukas found a frog decoration they had and decided in a hyper moment to demonstrate for Great Grandpa about how frogs "ribbit" and "hop"
Grandma served a delicious meal which Lukas talked straight through.
Actually, he started it off with Grace. I was trying to prep him to pray (expecting G-Gpa to lead the prayer) but LFP just started right in... thanking God for the food and then he thanked him for his "trespasses"!! So that was a typical Lukas non-sequitor. We reminded him that that part was from the Lord's Prayer and then he said almost the whole thing for us four adults, melting our hearts.
Later in the meal, while Lukas was on a ramble, Grandpa got to laughing. In there, he said "Jeez" and Lukas copied that several times,
"Jeez, oh nevermind... Jeez... Jeez... Oh Jesus"!
... it was too funny!
