Cousin Time

We took advantage of the long weekend and an extra day off school to make a road trip south to see our baby cousins!! Nothing the Pfeiffer boys love more than their baby cousins. Their toddler and big kid cousins are pretty cool too but they have an especially soft spot for babies! We had a really smooth time with travel which was nice. First stop was to meet baby Everett in North Carolina, and then we headed to Richmond to see some of Caroline’s first steps! We had fun playing with Grayson and Ellie too! Actually, Grayson, Jacob and Jayden were practically inseparable, moving from legos to one pretend game after another with virtually no assistance from the parents (except when cleaning up) in between. It was sweet and fun. Lots of delicious food was eaten and we grown ups had a super nice time catching up with our siblings too. It’s always so good to reconnect in person and enjoy one another’s company. Everyone is doing well and the kiddos sure are growing and learning a lot! What a blessed family, times two!!
