Just Lukas and I enjoyed the Peter’s Mountain hike, which was harder and steeper than we expected, but worth it!!
Rocket Launch - Nick was the only one who wanted to build one but we were all thrilled and amazed to watch them fly!! As you can see here, we all made tie dyed t-shirts too :)
Joseph helping Nick pump it up!
Many activities were age restricted so this year only the >5 year old kids were only old enough for hand-led horse rides, which were really enjoyable.
Nick and Lukas were eligible and did the rock wall. Nick chose a wall with rocks too far apart for his feel and wasn't able to climb too far although his helper held him up there for a while for the fun of it! Lukas, on the other hand, was strong and long enough to make it all the way to to the top and ring the bell!!
Although I don't have pictures, there was an absolutely hilarious and adorable talent show on the last night, and then on the last morning a farewell where many people came up and said their thank you's. In addition, the kids led the wake-up-sleeper singing.
This week at Camp Hebron met all our goals and served as a practical, educational, spiritual and fun way to grow together. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would definitely recommend it to others. I think we'll probably go back in future years as well!
