Yes Lukas is far sighted and his left eye was turning in. So in early July he saw a pediatric ophthalmologist who recommended patching and glasses. He has had his first follow up already which showed some improvement but not enough to quit - so we're still doing the patching 2 hours per day and glasses all day long.
This picture is from the eyeglass store - he was awful! Cried the whole time.

In short, there doesn't seem to be anything he can't do with glasses or a patch! We're all relieved and think he's doing well. Hopefully we'll be able to avoid surgery.
