Saturday, November 3rd we held a big birthday party at our house with family and friends. It was a paint party but unfortunately I didnt get any good pictures of the actual painting. These pictures of the kiddos helping Lukas open and play with all the presents are too much, though. It was a really crowded house but never too crowded for the fantastic people we love.

Before Daddy headed to work this morning we sang to our little buddy!

After lounging around playing with all our new toys, we headed out for our first trip to Monkey Joe's. I have a strong suspicion that we will be frequenting this place in the winter!
At first he was a little nervous but he loosened up pretty quick and really loved the slides!
Pooped out!
Then we headed home for the usual. Here he is coloring on this dry erase mat we have. So, I asked him to draw me a circle and he promptly repeated the word and then colored in all the circles on the mat...
that's my genius boy!
