Well, we've enjoyed multiple festivities during our time off together. Mike's graduation party on June 30th was a fun celebration with friends and family that was well attended. We were so busy hostessing, however, that we have nearly no pictures of the day. Fortunately, Catherine had her head on straight and we did get this pretty cute picture of the Estevez/Pfeiffer/Fluharty gals in attendance:
~ Gaylord, National Harbor ~
The day after Mike's party, we headed to the Gaylord at the National Harbor for the ASE (American Society of Echocardiography) Convention. While Mike was busy learning and networking, Lukas and I were seeing the sights. Two major power outages during our meals made for some less than ideal times, but here are some cute pictures anyway.
Another fun summer thing -- Lukas got his first bike!
SAFETY FIRST, little man.
Finally, for Mike's last real day off, he came up with a great plan for some quality family time. We headed up to Lake Tobias, just north of Harrisburg. What was unusually funny was that we ran into our good friend Chera and her three kids - Alivia, Jax and Levi.... It was a really fun time.
The SAFARI Tour
He's quirky, but he's mine.
I love you, Luke Frank.
